Importance Of Taraweeh Namaz
Taraweeh namaz is not compulsory but because Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) performed this prayer it is considered sunnah. It is performed in the month of Ramazan. From the time the Ramzan moon sight Taraweeh begins and continues till the Shawwal moon sight. The prayer is offered after Isha’s namaz before witr of Isha.
